Content Policy

1. Philosophy

OnlyStans supports creative freedom and the right of adults to produce, distribute, and consume consensual content. However, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal activity and harm. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of earnings, and reporting to relevant authorities.

2. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

You may NOT upload, share, or solicit:

• CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material): Any depiction of minors in a sexual context. We cooperate fully with the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) and South African Police Service.
• Non-Consensual Content: "Revenge porn," deepfakes, or any content shared without the explicit consent of all parties involved.
• Violence and Gore: Content depicting real-life violence, mutilation, or torture.
• Bestiality: Sexual content involving animals.
• Illegal Goods: Offers to sell drugs, weapons, or stolen goods.

3. Adult Content Guidelines

Adult/NSFW content is permitted on OnlyStans provided it meets the following criteria:

• All participants must be over the age of 18.
• All content must be produced consensually.
• Creators must verify their identity using a government-issued ID before posting adult content.
• Accounts posting adult content must be marked as "Sensitive/18+" in profile settings.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

You must own the rights to the content you post. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, we will respond to legitimate take-down notices regarding copyright infringement.

5. Enforcement and Reporting

We utilize both automated hashing technology and human moderation to scan for illegal content.
