Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OnlyStans platform ("Platform"), accessible via mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must strictly stop using the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OnlyStans (Pty) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The Platform is strictly for users aged 18 years or older. By accessing the Platform, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately without recourse.

3. Blockchain Transactions and Payments

3.1. Currency: All transactions on OnlyStans are conducted in USDC (USD Coin) on the Solana blockchain. You acknowledge that crypto-assets may be unregulated in your jurisdiction.

3.2. No Refunds: Due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology, OnlyStans cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions once executed. You are solely responsible for verifying the recipient address and amount before confirming any transaction.

3.3. Fees: The Platform charges a flat service fee of 10% on all creator earnings. This fee is deducted automatically via smart contract at the time of the transaction. Network gas fees (Solana) are the responsibility of the user.

4. Creator Obligations

Creators warrant that they own all rights to the content they upload. You grant OnlyStans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute your content on the Platform. You agree not to upload illegal content, including but not limited to non-consensual sexual content, violence, or content depicting minors. We reserve the right to report illegal activities to the South African Police Service (SAPS) and international authorities.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by South African law (including the Consumer Protection Act), OnlyStans disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Solana blockchain will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we guarantee the value stability of USDC.

6. Limitation of Liability

OnlyStans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or digital assets, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Platform; (ii) any unauthorized access to your crypto wallet; or (iii) any conduct of third parties on the Platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa.
